Every staff member we met wanted us to have the most magical experience. It was a pleasure staying here, and the location was so ideal! We actually ended up getting engaged right after checkout - so this place will always be a cherished memory with us!

I love the friendly staff, cleanliness, the location, helpful, full of explanation, Great in Entertainment, Really near all Cool Businesses for Tourism and Retail and Restaurant Industry!!! The Beaches right at the "Corner" and the Neighbours really Attractive and always alive!!!

The hotel bartender was amazing. However when we left to go to our cruise. Our friend left a jewelry box in the room with expensive jewelry. When she called about it, they said they had to get a hold of maintenance. Not sure why maintenance would have it. The last also mentioned a little black box. We never told her what it was in. We called 5 time a day for days , and no one seems to know anything.

The staff really took care of me. I arrived late, and they made sure I was all set beforehand. There was a problem with the room I was given, but they upgraded me to a better room!
